As you arrive along our torch-lit driveway with glowing Chinese torches hanging from surrounding trees, you are immediatley greeted with a selection of exotic hors d'oeuvres and our signature "Rum Swizzle". As the Steel Band plays, guests are transported back into HISTORY with the assistance of our wonderful tour guides, as they SAMPLE our freshly pressed cane-juice... After the cocktail period, our guests are led into a "fairy tale" setting where they will spend the remainder of the evening as our personnal guests in our extensive tropical gardens lit with thousands of tiny white lights. Your choice of menu will be served with all the elaborateness of "The Plantation Era", and in the true spirit of Jamaican hospitality.
